WHO IS JERNETT KARENSEN?

I chose to become a psychologist because I have always been deeply fascinate by the human mind and our behaviour.

I was in the midst of a promising career in political communication when it dawned on me that the emptiness inside was because I longed for a closer connection with people.

This became the starting point for me both in finding out how to achieve that but also being guided by an inner drive rather than the outer search for "fame and fortune".

About Therapy

I offer individual therapy as well as couples counseling. I offer sessions in person and online.

Over the years I've specialised in intercultural issues and the problems that comes with settling in a new country.

Besides that I have experience of a range of different conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family problems, fertility issues, stress and exhaution.

I offer sessions in English, Swedish and Danish.
